All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise selected. You will receive an email once your order has been process and shipped. Processing times is usually 2-4 business days. However we process orders as they are received.

Returns

Only approved returns are accepted only. If by any chance you are unhappy with your order you can request a return with 3 business of confirmed delivery via email or our contact form. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return. We do not accept return on SALE ITEMS, UNDER GARMENTS (shape wear panties and suits, butt lifters, Bras Etc.) SLIM TEAS & ACCESSORIES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

We do not refund shipping cost and customers are responsible for ALL SHIPPING COST and will be charge a 20% restocking fee.
